I find that this post is exactly what I was looking for,
I need some further clarification:

from the network behind the ddwrt 192.168.3.0 i can ping even the external network, WLAN 192.168.0.1) that VPN remote site 192.168.10.0
but on the other side of the VPN remote site 192.168.10.0 the only thing that I can get is the router dd.wrt but not with the internal address 192.168.3.1 but with the VPN address 192.168.10.10
can help me?
